Taking A Turn Toward The Personal

A few years back, I created Wild About The Wild to convey the wonders of the wild. My goal was to offer regular educational content on social media — with quality information, blog posts, photos, and videos about wildlife and wilderness.

But now I am changing course somewhat.

After much thought, I have decided to continue my focus on educational content, but to do so in a more personal way. So, I will be using this blog section of Wild About The Wild to post regularly about the personal experiences that I have in the beautiful wilderness areas that I am privileged to explore on a daily basis.

As you may know, I am currently working as a photographic safari guide in South Africa’s Kruger National Park. As such, most of my blog postings will inevitably revolve around my experiences in this world-famous national park.

I look forward to sharing some special wilderness moments as I continue to convey my passion for wildlife and wilderness.

I hope that you, my reader, will continue to learn something you didn’t know … and will feel the awe of the wild.

Wildly,

Jacques
